Private Pay

Sessions are billed at $150 per hour.

Payment is due at time of service.

Payment can be made by the following:​

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • HSA / FSA

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross & Blue Shield / Lucet

  • Cigna / Evernorth

  • Medicare​

  • TRICARE

  • United Healthcare, including

    • GEHA

    • Optum

    • UMR

    • United Health Shared Services​​
       

If you have other insurance, I can provide documentation for you to file with insurance for an out-of-network claim.
