Private Pay

My hourly fee is $150 / session. Sessions are 45 minutes in length.

Payment is due at time of service.

Payment can be made by the following:

  • Cash

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • HSA / FSA

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:

  • Allwell Medicare Advantage

  • Blue Cross & Blue Shield / Lucet

  • Cigna / Evernorth

  • TRICARE

  • United Healthcare

If you have other insurance, I can provide documentation for you to file with insurance for an out-of-network claim.
